Rules for submitting an article
To send articles to the editors, you must compose an email. Accompanying documents — scanned images of completed and certified accompanying documents (in *.pdf format). Accompanying documents include a cover letter from the author's place of work with the seal and signature of the head of the organization, as well as the signatures of all co-authors (a separate cover letter must be provided for each organization indicated in the manuscript).
The cover letter must contain information that this material has not been published in other publications and has not been accepted for publication by another publisher/publishing organization, there is no conflict of interest. The article does not contain information that is not subject to publication.
