Rules for submitting an article
To send articles to the editorial office, you need to compose an e-mail. Accompanying documents - scanned images of completed and certified accompanying documents (in * .pdf format). The accompanying documents include a cover letter from the place of work of the author with a seal and signaturethe head of the organization, as well as the signatures of all co-authors (for each organization indicated in the manuscript, a separate cover letter must be provided).
The cover letter must contain information that this material has not been published in other publications and has not been accepted for publication by another publishing house / publishing organization, there is no conflict of interest. The article contains information that is not subject to publication.
